Born and raised in Canada, the London creative made her mark in the beauty space with her reflective approach to all things self-care, eventually manifesting in her viral skincare brand, MIRROR WATER. In the rare moments the on-the-go founder isn’t on the clock, she’s living and breathing her self-care practices or spending time with her rescue dog, Effie.

WHAT DOES YOUR SELF-CARE ROUTINE LOOK LIKE AND ANY INSIDER TIPS FOR WELLNESS GIFTING?
Solo wellness retreats are my go-to! I am lucky to have many wonderful friends but sometimes prioritising myself is crucial. I love spending time alone and creating space to reflect. I’m planning a solo trip to Portugal for a week to soak in the rays, embrace the good vibes, and get that wellness glow!
As for wellness gifts, I love treating myself to a new scent! I, especially, enjoy attaching a memory to a fragrance and can’t think of anything better than finding the perfect one, dousing myself in it for a week, and then forever reminiscing about my getaway whenever I smell it.
CAN YOU TELL US ABOUT THE INSPIRATION BEHIND MIRROR WATER AND HOW IT REFLECTS YOUR APPROACH TO SELF-CARE?
Absolutely! MIRROR WATER was born out of my deep passion for self-care and the transformative power it holds. For me, self-care goes beyond just physical wellness; it’s about creating moments of reflection and tranquility in our daily lives. The inspiration came from my personal journey of learning to slow down and truly listen to my body and mind.
I've always found water to be incredibly soothing and reflective, both literally and metaphorically. It symbolises clarity, calmness, and renewal, which are the core principles I wanted MIRROR WATER to embody. Our products are designed to encourage people to take a pause, immerse themselves in a moment of stillness, and connect with their inner selves.
By integrating these principles into MIRROR WATER, I hope to inspire others to prioritise their well-being and find beauty in the simple, reflective moments of life. Whether it’s through a luxurious bath soak or a calming body oil, our goal is to create rituals that help people feel more centred and rejuvenated.
